Tower Asphalt Ltd, is a well established Roofing company, based in Rayleigh, Essex. Established in 1978 the company moved from its original premises in East London to its current location in 2004.

Tower Asphalt is owned and controlled by Keith Marzetti who is directly involved in the day to day administration and control of the company.

Tower Asphalt specialises in the application of Mastic Asphalt, High Performance Felt Waterproofing, Hot Melt systems and Cold Applied Liquid Waterproofing, Pitched Roofing and lead work. In addition to our core activities we are able to undertake general building works to enable us to fully meet the requirements of a Principal Contractor.

Our contracts are managed by a dedicated team of managers consisting of Contracts Managers, Project Managers, Site Managers, Surveyors and Field Technicians. Our technical team is always on hand to offer advice on specification and to provide costings to suit the available budget.

Allen Mansions is a multi residential property in the heart of Kensington West London. The building was in need of a major refurbishment and part of that refurb included re-waterproofing of a small podium area that connected the front and rear properties. The existing asphalt had failed and was in need of superficial repair. Tower Asphalt Ltd applied a Sika Liquid Plastics Ltd ‘Balcons’ waterproofing system to the existing asphalt together with a non-slip finish. Planters were then placed on rubber spreader plates. The podium waterproofing is now guaranteed for 20 years.
