We are Based in the New Forest between Southampton & Bournemouth and have been established since 1968 .

We are members of the Federation of Small Businesses, Federation of Master Builders & NHBC

Established in 1968 and incorporated as a Ltd Company in 1975 Southstreet (Builders) Ltd have built a reputation for quality building works ranging from minor building repairs through to the construction of individually designed new homes, built to contract (not speculative developments).

We have many regular clients and repeat business is one of our proud claims. We are happy to provide detailed references should this be appropriate.

A major part of our work is based around remedial building works for the NHBC where we have been accredited with a grade ‘A’ status. This work is considerably varied but a brief description would be that we are employed by the NHBC under their Buildmark Warranty scheme (for new properties & homes up to 10 years old), to correct either faults in construction or defective/unfinished work on the property prior to handover.

Our normal operating area would be considered as the New Forest, Lymington, between Southampton and Bournemouth, but we are more than willing to work outside of this area, having worked as far afield as Richmond, London for regular clients.
