Evolution Football Coaching was created to give individuals in the North East the best chance to develop into the footballer they wish to become by bridging the gap between Professional Football Academies and Grassroots Football. Its a unique service that brings professional coaches into the local community.

We want the players that work with us to gain composure on and off the ball, develop belief and a confidence that they can be creative, try things and develop their own skillset whilst making their own decisions both on and of the pitch

Gary Smith is the Coaching Director & Founder of Evolution Football Coaching. Gary is extremely passionate about football development and he feels that individual football coaching is an integral part of a player’s development. Being the coaching director of Evolution Football Coaching, Gary study's and analyses the best individual coaching techniques available to develop young players. Gary has then implemented a strategy and organised a group of talented football coaches that are extremely motivated and dedicated to developing young players in this methodology and way of thinking. 

Gary has been developing Evolution Football Coaching over the last 5 years. Evolution Football Coaching have now moved into the school environment to develop players further coinciding with their curriculum and Education.
