Having a service alongside a landlord gas safety certificate isn’t necessarily a requirement by law. However, it is beneficial to have an annual service as it provides a health check for your boiler. Ensuring that your boiler operates properly, not just safely, could prevent costly repairs in the future.

We are a Gas Safe registered heating company (previously known as CORGI), specialising in these 3 main areas; emergency boiler repairs, boiler services and landlord gas safety inspection certificates within Bristol and Bath areas. If you have a boiler emergency, our Heating Engineer, Andy, can offer a same day response, or we can book you in for a time of your convenience!
