Our senior team all have extensive HR Director level industry and consulting experience that ensures we understand your issues and know how to address them. We are not career consultants, good on theory but lacking understanding of the challenges of implementation. Nor are we career industry employees unable to observe best practice across companies, industries and geographies that the experience of consulting provides. We are both.

Justin has extensive experience advising the Boards of many of the world’s largest companies as both a company Director and consultant. He was the appointed Remuneration Committee advisor to De La Rue plc, SEGRO plc and New Look. He has worked on or led extensive culture change programmes for B&Q, Towers Watson, Lloyds Banking Group and Sainsburys. Finally, he has consulted globally and ran the Human Capital consulting businesses for Towers Watson across Eastern Europe’s emerging markets.
