ABOUT MEZE PUBLISHING LIMITED

Meze Publishing were formed in 2013 by three publishing professionals Paul Cocker, Nick Hallam and Phil Turner. The last few years have been a whirlwind success, working with multiple Michelin-starred chefs, winning ‘Best Newcomer’ at the Independent Publishing Guild awards and finally moving into our own purpose built office development.

In this time we’ve grown as a team and developed as a business, publishing over 40 titles for chefs and cooks throughout the country – as well as breaking into mainland Europe with the release of the Amsterdam & Den Haag Cook Books.

Through all of this we’ve maintained our core belief – our aim to produce high-quality beautiful cook books that sell.

Meze Publishing are specialists in designing and publishing cookbooks that sell. We provide a creative and professional publishing service – and most importantly – we structure the deal so that you receive the maximum benefit. Over the years we have built-up excellent contacts with retailers and the book trade.
