Welcome to Petram Consulting and Interim Services.

My name is Craig Lunnon and I set up Petram because of my enthusiasm for helping business owners and leaders build effective and ‘future fit’ organisations. I also believe that getting the people bit right is important whatever the scale of your enterprise. Through Petram I am able to offer support in a number of ways – as a consultant to diagnose and show you a way forward and as an interim, to work with you from diagnosis to solution.

I am an experienced senior HR and Change practitioner, consultant and interim line with nearly 30 years of experience across a range of sectors working for and with organisations including PwC, Barclays, ICI, RBS, Royal Mail and HMRC. I have a track record of seeing clients through major transformation and recovery of underperforming businesses and functions and making this a positive experience for them and their people.

My extensive line experience has also taught me what good people practices look like, what a great HR Function looks like and the impact that sound guidance can have on the productivity and health of any size of organisation.
