Our story began in sunny Bournemouth in 2005 with just 1 temporary hospitality recruiter and a passion for the industry. Like every new business, the early years saw hard work, tenacity and determination, underpinned with strong family values.
As a company, we reward and recognise achievement at all levels through ongoing incentive programmes and our Star of the month award. On an annual basis, we identify Recruiter of the Year, Best Up and Coming Recruiter and the popular Recruiters Recruiter of the Year.
We are hugely proud of our hospitality recruitment team and those we work alongside, their achievements, professionalism and dedication to the industry; our varied testimonials and reviews allow us to share what our wonderful clients think about our service and how our expertise has benefitted their business.
Each month we donate to a range of nominated charities, both on an individual and company basis. As a catering and hospitality agency we wanted to align ourselves with one nominated charity that best represented those we work alongside. Hospitality Action was the obvious choice.
We are proud to work alongside our chosen charities and look forward to continuing to support those and many others in the months and years to come.
Southampton Children’s Hospital is a major centre for specialist paediatric services in the south of England, providing acute specialist care to Southampton, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands. Their specialist paediatric consultants, nurses and wider healthcare teams offer a wide range of diagnosis, treatment and support facilities for children and their parents. We were particularly delighted to raise money for this charity as the Hospital provided amazing care and support to one of our Platinum family.
St Barnabas House provides specialist palliative care services to adults with advanced progressive life-limiting illnesses, both within the hospice and in the comfort of patients’ own homes across West Sussex.
Help for Heroes supports those with injuries and illnesses sustained while serving in the British Armed Forces. No matter when someone served, the charity give them the support they need to lead active, independent and fulfilling lives.
They provide grants to projects in the UK which focus on children and young people who are disadvantaged.
Their mission is to help and support people of all ages, origins and faiths, especially those who are young and who are needy or vulnerable in some way.
