My qualifications include a BSc in Social Science, an MA in Employment Strategy, and I have been a chartered fellow of the CIPD since 1998. More recently I’ve completed a certificate in Transactional Analysis, qualified as a practitioner in NLP and trained as a Conflict Management Coach. My credentials are complemented by the positive energy I bring to my work along with my desire to share my knowledge. My primary motivation is to help people achieve their full potential, and I do that by supporting individuals to make the most of their talents and opportunities, and by helping organisations get the best out of the people they employ.
“I just wanted to let you know that I have just been offered the perfect Marketing job. I couldn’t be happier! I wanted to thank you so much for all the help you have gave me, in particular teaching me so much in such a short period of time. Undoubtedly the work on my CV and your guidance with ‘STARs’ played a crucial role in me being offered this job. Thank you so much.”
“Thank you so much for your time today (and last week) to coach me with my interviewing. It’s really given me confidence not only in myself as a person, but also my skills and experience. It has helped me dig deeply into my past career and not only recall what I did, but also how I did it, the skills that I used and to think about the things that I achieved. I mentioned to you during our first meeting that I felt a little “rusty” going back into the world of employment after 3 years, but with your coaching and guidance I do feel more confident about returning to work and a little more finely “tuned” into the ways in which I can present my skills to a prospective employer.”
I can help you in all aspects of your career development. You will appreciate that the nature of my work means it’s only appropriate to share high-level details here, so to learn more about how I can help you please contact me via the easy contact form below:
