Originally from Yorkshire, Suey qualified as a VN in 1999. She has worked in various different roles from practice VN, Head Nurse, Practice Manager and then moved into VN education in 2011, where she met her Seaham Vets business partner, Natalie.
Still dedicated to VN education Suey divides her time between running the business and teaching VN’s of the future! Outside of work Suey enjoys caring for her 3 dogs, and spending time with husband Stu.
A Seaham lass born and bred, Natalie trained at her local vets in Seaham ‘Seaham Vets’ before qualifying as a VN in 2005. She has worked in many different roles in veterinary nursing from Head Nurse and Practice manager to lecturing and course management.
Meeting business partner Suey in 2011, Natalie has dedicated herself not only to the business but to VN education throughout the North of England. At home Natalie has a cocker spaniel, two horses and a husband who occupy the rest of her life!
Emma is also an experienced Clinical Coach and dedicated in helping our student veterinary nurses complete their training.
Jess started volunteering at Seaham Vets in 2015 as part of works experience for her Veterinary Nursing Assistant course. After completing this Jess gained employment with ourselves as an ANA, and then went onto start her Veterinary Nurse training.
Carole has been working at the practice since 2000 and came as part of the fixtures when Seaham Vets took over. Another Seaham lass born and bred Carole is a familiar face for all clients old and new.
Amanda joined Seaham Vets in August 2014, and comes to us with 10 years experience as a veterinary receptionist.
Donna joined Seaham Vets in January 2017. At home Donna lives with her husband, 2 children and the fabulous Stan their border terrier.
Seaham Vets was founded in May 2014 by 2 qualified and Registered Veterinary Nurses, Natalie Land RVN and Suey Turner RVN. Originally a branch practice of a larger veterinary group, Seaham Vets has undergone some major renovations, bringing in state of the art equipment and an increase in opening hours to improve the services provided for you and your pet.
