The staff were so helpful in assisting arranging our post New-Year office party here. Food was fantastic and staff were so friendly and helpful. We had ordered far too many bottles of wine so staff allowed us to give them back and put the money behind the bar - Fantastic!
We would like to thank "The JazzCafe" for making our daughter Isha's first birthday party so special. JazzCafe is beautifully devorated, specious venue with very polite, helpful and friendly staff and admin. Our event went very smoothly with outstanding food, soothing music and great atmosphere. Fantastic New Year's Eve party! Lovely warm welcome on arrival and throughout the evening the staff were helpful and friendly. The band was very good and we danced and danced... Lovely atmosphere and everyone seemed to be out to enjoy the evening. All in all it was a great place to see 2014 in. Many thanks!

I wish to say a great big thank you to all the team that worked on Saturday 25th July. I had my Hen do that night and my bridesmaid arranged for 7 of us to have a meal and dance at the Jazz Cafe after our pampering session in the Spa during the day. The food was amazing and they staff were very patient with the requests re food alterations that were made on the night. The band were fantastic and we danced all night. All in all we had a great night and thank you for making the night so memorable.

Hi Sally. I felt I just had to send you just one more email. I want to thank you for all your help in organising Emma's Hen Party and making it such a special evening for her. We had an absolutely fantastic time. Everybody (Jazz Cafe staff) was very friendly and helpful. The Black Hat Band were brilliant. Thanks too to the chef for providing us with lovely food, I didn't hear one complaint, only praise. I would certainly recommend the Jazz Cafe to anyone who was looking for a venue for a special occasion.
All your staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming especially Sally on reservations, Sue who coped efficiently with last minute changes on arrival. This was my 2nd visit and I have no doubt I will be back.

Thank you for all your help Sally, 31 people attended our office reunion and not one complaint, food was superb, all staff very friendly and helpful, band was brilliant, toilets were immaculate - even at 1am! and we will be back around the same time next year.
Hi, I came to the club with 11 friends for my 40th birthday. The band were fantastic, the food was brilliant & everyone who came said what an amazing time they had. We danced all night & thought the atmosphere was great. We are all looking forward to coming again very soon. Thanks to all the staff for being so friendly & helpful. BRILLIANT !!!

We spent last Saturday evening at The Jazz Café in Reading with a party of friends for my 50th. What a brilliant evening! Great organisation and help in advance from the staff in fitting us into an already almost full club – nothing seemed too much trouble. Very delicious food on the evening, great atmosphere and the band had everyone dancing for most of the evening. Thank you so much for all the trouble you took to give us such a special evening.
