Building is a very high risk occupation which is why Norfolk County Developments takes the safety of employees and contractors working on our site very seriously. We have a stringent health and safety policy which operates at all times on our sites and helps to ensure that safe working practices are maintained. All employees are trained on the policies and in addition regular toolbox meetings on site provide a forum for staff to raise any safety concerns and for the management to ensure that all staff are aware of any changes to the policy. We also require all staff and contractors to take responsibility for their own safety and report any unsafe conditions on site
