Neil has over 15 years’ experience in business, representing some multi-million pound, national companies. In that time Neil had an excellent customer retention rate and puts this down to listening carefully to people and understanding their pains and aspirations, with customers including Rolls Royce, Kellogg’s and Tata Steel. Neil’s friendly and approachable style alongside attention to detail, ensure customers of Company DNA are highly satisfied with rewarding experiences and results.
It is important for us at Company DNA to strive to exceed our clients expectations. So we are always happy when we achieve this.
Nick’s support was invaluable in grounding my thoughts, feelings and indeed frustrations in strategic thinking and business models. The generation of strategic options, risk management and managing change were essential not only to future proof the project but to demonstrate and realise its potential.
