Directors Matt Robinson and Ben Whiteley were working together in one of the UK’s leading recruitment agencies when their lightbulb moment came. They’d been at the heart of a large agency and were sure they could build an IT and Business Change recruitment consultancy built on partnerships that were more efficient and more effective. And they have.
Based in the heart of West Yorkshire, today BPM Tech is ‘the one to watch’ in IT recruitment. Brighouse offices lend Yorkshire grit and pragmatism to the company but their reach is unlimited. They work nationwide with everything from SMEs to FTSE 100s, occasionally recruiting candidates for European vacancies, yet always true to their ‘people matter’ values.

Matt’s career in recruitment began in the year 2000 and he quickly established himself as an expert at all stages of the recruitment lifecycle. Matt is a real people person and his honest and personal nature means he has developed relationships that have spanned his whole career. When he is not helping clients and candidates Matt sings and plays guitar in a rock n roll band and also enjoys bike rides with his wife and 2 children.
Hannah loves socialising and clients like the fact that her outgoing nature is coupled with drive and commitment to help them meet their objective. She’s ambitious in all the right ways! Away from work, Hannah enjoys travelling and watching cricket, golf and football.
Zohaib joined BPM Tech as our first ever apprentice and is now an important, valuable member of the team. He is enthusiastic and hard working which are qualities that will serve him well in recruitment. When he isn’t working Zohaib loves to socialise with friends and also enjoys working out at the gym.
Kieran is an expert in headhunting sales professionals for organisations throughout the UK which is a new vertical market for BPM Tech. Kieran takes a no nonsense approach to recruitment with a focus on delivering an honest, professional service. When he isn't working he enjoys watching rugby league and spending time with family and friends.
Caitlin has wanted to work in recruitment from a young age and her hard working ethic and desire to help people means she has the perfect qualities to be successful. Away from work Caitlin is a creative and artistic individual who enjoys taking long walks in the countryside and photographing the natural world.
