The team at Cavendish Hepburn consist of highly experienced career consultants and specialists with an exceptional track record. Our service is led by Cate Dickinson-Byrne and Ian Heilbron, the Founders of the company and underpinned by a great team of shareholders, researchers and support staff.

Cate has worked at director level for over a decade at some of the top national and international recruitment companies including Westaff and Kelly Services, a facilities management company and a boutique career consultancy. She is able to leverage her network of head-hunters and recruiters within international businesses.

Ian has worked within the financial services for over a decade before moving into recruitment and most recently a boutique career consultancy where he built and developed his network of International head-hunter’s to its current size, in excess of 5500 head-hunters as such he is well placed within the industry. Due to his personable nature he is always on hand to help clients and his vast network of head hunters.
