THE SENTRIBOX GUARANTEE

All Sentri products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards and are guaranteed for a 3 year period from date of invoice.

If, in the unlikely event, a problem does occur during normal use or handling as a result of component, material or manufacturing fault, please contact Sentribox immediately enclosing a copy of your original invoice.

We will arrange for the product to be inspected and if we are satisfied that the fault is not the result of abnormal use or handling, we shall arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective part at our own discretion.

Sentribox is unable to take responsibility for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or repairs carried out other than by Sentribox.

Defective parts will only be repaired or replaced up to the value of the original purchase price of the product.

This guarantee is only available to the original owner and a copy of the original invoice must be sent with the claim to warranty@sentribox.co.uk sitebox
