Lee and his hardworking team have just completed a project at the bottom of our garden and we are absolutely delighted with the transformation. The site had been neglected and had deteriorated over time, was steep, multi level, unusable and treacherous in wet weather, if that wasn't enough, to add to the hazards there were also natural springs to contend with - the worst possible scenario! Despite having to transport all equipment and materials from the front of the house in wheelbarrows down a steep slope right to the bottom of the garden, the guys worked tirelessly, following the design created by Sue Gilbert, to produce wonderful usable spaces. The team were the best contractors we have ever had working for us. They were good-humoured, very polite, extremely tidy, took great pride in their work and kept us informed throughout - nothing was too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in using them again and would definitely recommend Habitat to anyone looking for a landscaping contractor.
There are not enough superlatives to describe Craig and his team. From our initial meeting we knew that we wanted Habitat to build the garden of our dreams. Craig's understanding of the garden concept, his knowledge of materials and 'nothing's too much trouble' attitude made the choice of contractor very easy. Each and every one of the team that worked on site (in sometimes trying conditions) was courteous, enthusiastic and hard working to the point of them being super human! And the end result - well, it speaks for itself. With a work ethic such as that, the team at Habitat Landscapes deserve every success that we know will come their way.
Habitat landscapes recently completed a project in our back garden and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Lee and Cameron's hard work and attention to detail has produced amazing results. They were professional, courteous and worked diligently to complete all work to the highest standard. Thanks again! Chris & Sarah.
We are so pleased that we were advised to use Habitat Landscapes for our drive and path. It was a difficult job with the drive sloping in many directions, a badly located copper beech and root system to remove and substantial amounts of hidden Victorian sewerage to cope with. We are delighted with the work that as done. The overall quality is excellent, and I would mention in particular the attention to the sort of details that we would only have noticed afterwards. Things like putting a wood trim round the concrete base of a hut by the hut and making sure the blocks in the manhole covers run on perfectly from the rest of the drive. Being here a lot of the time I could see the thoroughness of the preparation work that was done and the finished drive and path reflect this. Lee and the team were good to have on site - a couple of our neighbours have also spoken favourably about them, which says a lot about how considerately they work. Craig said that he hoped it was stress free, and yes it was - I felt throughout that Lee was owning all the issues that came up (most without me being even aware of them) and resolving them.
