With over 30 years experience in industry (Air Traffic Control, GEC, BBC and Electricity supply) Philip James is a trained psychologist  who was also an HR Director for 8 years. He now consults with major businesses, working in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Philip has a track record of achieving outstanding business results through leadership and development, being part of an Executive team that transformed the UK’s Air Traffic Control business (NATS) from loss making and underperforming to being highly profitable and voted best service provider in the world by its peers.

NATS also won a top 20 place in the Sunday Times ‘best big businesses to work for’ in 2007.
