We have many years experience working in a retail sales background so fully understand the importance of customer service and satisfaction. We have a lovely showroom in Bordon High Street that has many doors on display as well as a full size Automated Sectional Door and Roller Door as well as many samples and brochures.
We called 5 companies all together to get quotes for a new roller door, Camber from the 1st moment stood out with excellent customer service and knowledge.They invited me to come to their lovely showroom in Bordon as they have working electric Roller Doors on display which was well worth doing to see all colour samples.It was good to know that the company I am giving my money to have a showroom that I can go back to and see them If I have any questions or issues.There was no pushy attitude from them, they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed Clare was the lady’s name in the showroom . When Martin came out to survey againIt was a very pleasant experience and you could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. We then ordered a door with them and 3 weeks later on the date and time agreed our newDoor was installed. The fitters again were very polite guys who got on with the job and 3 hours later we had a new roller door fitted, all the rubbish was taken away with everything neatAnd tidy. A great company to deal with, I just wish all trades people were this good. Highly recommended.
