Mosley Jarman was formed by owners Nick Mosley and Ian Jarman and opened for business in Bramhall village in June 2011. We quickly became a market leader by providing an exceptionally high level of service and attention to detail to our clients. Due to the success of our Bramhall office, in April 2014 we expanded and opened our second office in Wilmslow town centre.
Although Ian has lived in South Manchester for most of his life, having been born in Didsbury he currently lives in Lancashire with wife Hillary and daughter Emma. Hilary runs a successful bed and breakfast business and is also a shareholder in Mosley Jarman. Ian has had a very successful career in senior management working for both corporate and independent estate agents. He began in estate agency itself then made the switch to financial services. Ian is a proud father of his daughter Emma and three other grown up sons who live in the local area. Some of Ian’s best achievements (other than his family) are succeeding in the corporate world, leaving the corporate world to become self employed and of course opening Mosley Jarman in 2011 with co-director Nick Mosley.
After graduating from the University of Central Lancashire with a BA (hons) degree in Interior Design in 2009 Sam began her career in the property industry. During this time she has gained a wealth of experience in sales and lettings working for corporate and independent firms and says that providing exceptional customer service is her top priority. Sam says she was delighted to join Mosley Jarman to work with people who are passionate about the job they do. When Sam is away from the office she enjoys taking care of her many 'crazy' animals and if there is any time left she likes to spend it with family and friends usually with a large G&T in hand!
Following university Neil started work as an estate agent in 2002, inspired by property icons Phil and Kirsty! He started out in an estate agency in Manchester City Centre, it was here his path first crossed with Nick Mosley at a company reward trip outing to Chester Races. Neil then went on to work for an independent company in Didsbury. Neil has over 10 years property related experience both within the private and social housing sector. Keen to get back into the private sector he joined Mosley Jarman in September 2013. Neil currently lives in Chorlton with his wife Lisa and is a proud Dad saying his biggest achievements outside of work is his son Dillon and daughter Daisy.
Millie lives in Bramhall and has taken a keen interest in the property industry having helped her family with local property developments and new builds. She’s worked in a variety of roles and as such has developed many valuable skills along the way. Millie has travelled around the world and has now returned home to the area she knows and loves joining the Mosley Jarman team in February 2017. When Millie is not working she loves eating out and socialising with friends and family. Millie says she is looking forward to developing a career in the property industry as she loves engaging with customers and fulfilling their requirements.
Jeanette joined Mosley Jarman in May 2013 and has successfully transferred her 20 years of pharmaceutical sales experience to the property industry; she says she enjoys showing clients around their potential ‘dream home’. This along with her previous jobs in pathology and promotions enables her to help clients with one of their most important purchases. She has lived in Bramhall and Cheadle Hulme for over 40 years attending Cheadle Grammar School for Girls when she was younger. She now has two daughters herself who both attended local primary and secondary schools. To get away from it all Jeanette enjoys trips up to the Lake District, Mosley Jarman's very own Wainwright!
Jessica first crossed paths with Mosley Jarman when she was selling her own house in Alderley Edge. Having experienced as a client and seeing first-hand how Mosley Jarman approached selling her home and the ethos the company holds, she was persuaded to get back in to the property field. She has previously worked in real-estate both locally, in Europe and in the U.S, and has now lived in the Wilmslow area for almost 25 years. Jessica has two children that has attended Alderley Edge Community Primary School and Wilmslow High School and a somewhat elderly Springer Spaniel called Millie. Asked what she enjoys most about what she does, Jessica said… ”To really listen to people, finding them a home that fits their needs and allows them and their family to live the live they want, that’s what makes me really happy”. Other things that makes her happy are playing tennis (lots of tennis!), yoga, reading a great book with large mugs of tea and walks with Millie, perhaps followed by the occasional pint in one of our many great local pubs.
Barbara has 18 years experience in the estate agency business. She took a part time job with John Lewis, after she became a mum to her daughter Georgina. She loved the ethos of John Lewis, which was always putting the customer first and progressed to the role of customer service manager. However, estate agency was always her first love and after 13 years with John Lewis, she looked for a company that was able to combine professionalism with great customer service, so Mosley Jarman was the perfect choice. Barbara lives in Chorlton and when she’s not in one of local restaurants she enjoys cooking whilst having a glass or two of wine.
