Priestley Lettings was formed in 2010 to service both student and professional property landlords, and to provide tenants with superlative customer service and high quality properties. With an unrivalled knowledge of the industry, we have since gone from strength to strength to become one of West Yorkshire’s leading letting agents, with tenant and landlord referrals at an all time high.

We now manage over 600 properties and control the overall student letting market. From luxury en-suite rooms, apartments in Bradford City Centre, to 4-5 bedroom detached family homes, we provide and manage affordable residential property rental in Bradford and the surrounding areas.

The success of our Bradford branch led to expansion and the opening of Priestley Lettings Leeds in early 2012. Fast growth and higher than average occupancy rates in the Leeds lettings market can be attributed to understanding the exact needs of our clients and tailoring our service accordingly. We provide residential apartments to rent in Leeds City Centre, along with apartments and houses to let in the Headingley, Roundhay, Burley and Cookridge areas.

As landlords ourselves, we understand the worries and concern a landlord can have. Years of experience and knowledge of the market ensure our service is tailored and robust, helping landlords efficiently let their apartments and houses.
