Originally intending to specialise in leadership training, Dick’s old network of customers had other ideas as they began asking for his help in finding solutions to a wide range of technical questions regarding the application of protective and intumescent coatings.
As technical training soon became a key part of FBI Solutions’ activity, Dick became an Instructor for NACE in 2013. He is also a tutor for Corrodere.

This thought was the catalyst that created FBI Solutions, a specialist Consultancy set up by Dick Frost in 2010 after he retired as CEO of Leighs Paints, now part of the giant American Sherwin Williams’ company.
“Frost Business Improvement” (FBI) was the start of Dick’s next great adventure as he decided to change from business leader to teacher, mentor and keynote speaker and technical advisor, to share his knowledge of what does or doesn’t work (solutions) with others, so "FBI Solutions" was born.
Dick’s simple goal is to help others reach their full potential by sharing this hard won, practical experience and knowledge so they find effective solutions to their own business or technical challenges.
