City Planning gaining permission for mews redevelopment and office to residential schemes in London

City Planning successfully obtained permission for the redevelopment of an existing mews house in Kensington to create a family home. City Planning first obtained planning permission at appeal against RB Kensington and Chelsea's decision to refuse permission to convert the existing garage to residential accommodation. City Planning then obtained planning permission to extend and alter the rear roofslope, significantly improving the standard of the accommodation the dwelling provided.

City Planning leading with success by gaining consent for two large developments in Chingford and Winchester

In January 2018, planning permission was granted for the redevelopment of a retail parade in the Sewardstone Road Neighbourhood Centre in Chingford. This involved air rights development for 19 private residential units and rear extensions to deliver additional and enhanced retail floorspace in a Neighbourhood Centre. The improvement to the retail offer has secured an anchor Co-op superstore and Costa Coffee. View project information
