Spherica was conceived out of the personal and professional frustration of its present directors. A frustration developed over many years of working in the IT industry with companies that paid lip service to the concept of customer care while being obsessed with revenue growth and slaves to their share price. Steve possesses a wealth of experience having worked in the IT industry for over 25 years. Having started out as a ‘techie’ in the early days of his career, he later moved into business development before becoming a Managing Director and business owner. His eye for understanding challenging projects and pulling together the expertise necessary to deliver solutions and services that deliver what they promise, very much feeds the culture that underpins Spherica today.
Mark has a technical knowledge as broad as it is deep, born out of nearly 30 years of working in the IT industry, thanks to senior roles held with a number of quality conscious organisations. With overall responsibility for identifying emerging technologies that have real business benefits, his methods, passion and dedication to excellence are vital ingredients in the trust based customer relationships Spherica prides itself on forging.
Nick has been with Spherica from the very start and has been integral in growing the company and shaping the company’s services. He has almost 20 years of experience within the IT industry where he has been responsible for the design and implementation of complex environments, from small businesses right through to global enterprises. His vision for a cloud first strategy is helping organisations make the right decisions to successfully move services to the cloud.
