Buttercup China Limited is proud of this heritage and grateful to have amongst it’s team talented individuals that have spent over thirty years committed to the industry. We are one of the few remaining factories in Stoke-on-Trent with a full decorating facility and drawing on our years of experience in talent, design and manufacture and continue to supply a complete range of products – from simple thimbles through to unique dinner sets and from modern, contemporary design to the beautifully traditional.

We are pleased to have gained a reputation of listening to our customer’s requirements as well as understanding changes in tastes and lifestyles. To achieve this we have worked hard to develop techniques and processes that provide a complete bespoke service, whether the requirement be for whiteware, production of a unique own-label design, a few or a few thousand mugs, or a complete tableware range for the largest multiple retailer.

There have been lots of changes to Stoke-on-Trent since the 17th Century but Buttercup’s commitment to producing the finest bone china products remain.
