Broad set of management and leadership skills having held Director positions at NHS England, NHS acute trusts, NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups and NHS Primary Care Trusts. Specific skills in contracting, commissioning, service mobilisation, strategic planning, improvement programmes, cost improvement programmes (CIP) and change. Previously with two accountancy/consultancy firms and own businesses. Andy is also non-executive Group Chair of Network Housing Group, providing homes for 50,000 people in London and the South East.

Dr. James Inklebarger is a Sports and Musculoskeletal medicine physician fully registered with the GMC since 2004. He worked for several years at Homerton University Hospital, holding trust-grade posts in A&E, Orthopaedics, and honorary posts in Sports Medicine, and co-founded HUH the Extended Scope Physiotherapy injury triage service. He spent six years working as an MSK/SEM specialist for the MOD in Catterick, Colchester, and Portsmouth, and provided Op Olympic Medical Support Services for MOD security forces in the 2012 London Olympics. He returned to NHS in 2016. He is a former modular course tutor, MSK diploma examiner, and council member of the British Institute of MSK medicine and has several publications and book contributions in sports injury and low back pain management, manual medicine, and diagnostic imaging.
