Our experienced Researchers have developed skills in identifying potential candidates at all levels from Chief Executives and Board Directors to middle management, engineers, technical specialists and other more junior roles. We are generalist researchers and, with many years experience behind us, there is unlikely to be an industry sector that we have not worked in.

We provide flexible, efficient and cost effective solutions to all of your recruitment needs, offering a bespoke costing structure tailored to each individual project dependent upon its size and complexity. Utilising a consultative approach, we develop a close partnership with our clients and our service typically includes the agreement of a Target Field, initial identification of candidates and then the subsequent approach to, and assessment of, agreed individuals.

Steph is the Director of Crossland Research and has over 15 years experience in Recruitment. The key to her success is a varied background in all aspects of research - using research services, managing a research house and being the target of several approaches, (She has never had to apply for a job since graduating from university, her career has been progressed entirely through being headhunted!). In her early career she gained significant experience as a Search and Selection Consultant giving her a unique insight into a Consultant's role and a deep understanding of what is needed and expected from a subcontracted researcher. Subsequently, Steph has gained over 10 years experience of managing a Research House.
