We aim to provide great value for money with our competitive rates. Our fees are transparent and you will not experience extortionate add on fees and expenses once the survey has been complete. Our competitors may mislead by advertising EPCs from £25.00 for residential EPCs and from £120.00 for commercial EPCs but in reality you end up paying far more than this. There is currently no VAT to pay on our services.
