I have a commercial background in Retail, HR, running an FMCG business and as a headhunter and coach. Utilising this broad background I focus on coaching leaders and aspiring leaders to enhance their contribution through greater self-awareness, improved impact, career ownership and issue resolution.
As a qualified Executive Coach I use a number of techniques and psychometrics to ensure my clients understand themselves, their environment and their expectations. This helps the client paint an ambitious yet realistic picture of what is needed to be successful and achieve their goals.
My style is personable, commercial and appropriately challenging, allowing for productive sessions that are objective focused rather than ‘comfy conversations’.

“I was looking for an Executive Coach to really challenge my thinking and thought processes in a period between leaving a role and needing to make the right choice about the next role to pursue. Paul found the perfect balance of support and challenge, testing out my thinking and ensuring that there was proper discipline in the decision making process. I can look back and say that against quite a detailed and challenging set of coaching objectives we definitely achieved what we wanted. Thanks very much Paul!”
“Paul was recommended to me as I was embarking on my next step in my career. Paul’s personal humour and warmth put me at my ease immediately, paving the way for his extensive knowledge, experience and professionalism to provide invaluable support, advice and confidence boosting. All of which was very much needed and appreciated. Paul is refreshingly direct and constructively challenging – an absolute pleasure to work with.”
“I was looking for a career coach who would stretch my boundaries, be honest and provide me with a balanced sounding board to ensure I went back into the job market with realistic expectations. To say that Paul exceeded his remit in all of these areas in an understatement; I found that Paul pushed my thinking beyond where I was expecting to go and that he ensured I was in good shape for going forwards. I would unreservedly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent career coach.”
“Thank you so much for your words of wisdom, thought provoking questions and really helpful discussions at our meetings. You have given me a plan and structure to really set me on the right path.”
