Williams Associates was established in 2008 by Stephen Williams who had worked in the auctioneering and surveying profession in Monmouthshire for nine years.
Eifion Morgan BSc (Hons) MRICS joined Williams Associates in January 2015, having previously worked for a national firm of land agents in the South of England. A farmer’s son from Sennybridge, Brecon, Eifion deals with a wide range of rural matters including Property and Land Valuations, Landlord and Tenant Law, Compulsory Purchase and Compensation Claim, Planning and Development proposals and all aspects of the new Basic Payment Scheme. A graduate of Harper Adams University College, in his spare time he enjoys playing rugby and helping on the family farm, with a particular interest in their pedigree Texel flock.
