Who are Austin Clark Recruitment?

Jo has lived in the Wokingham area all of her life, having been educated at The Holt. Her career started within Estate Agency and then she moved onto travelling around the world working for British Midland Airline. Jo returned to the ground and started to recruit for British Airways and this is where her passion for recruitment began. Prior to setting up Austin Clark Recruitment Jo was the Branch Manager of Blue Arrow in Wokingham, winning scores of company awards in recognition of her work. When not at work you can find Jo at a Pilates or Aerobics class or relaxing at Nirvana Spa!

Stephanie went to Ranelagh School in Bracknell where her business studies teacher helped her gain work experience within Honeywell’s HR department, this prompted her to leave school after her A level results and go straight into full time employment as the HR Co-ordinator for a local FMCG company where she handled all of the recruitment administration and her love for recruitment began. She met Jo when she was recruited to join the team at Blue Arrow in Wokingham and that’s where it all began! When Stephanie is not working she is spending time with her husband and young son.

Austin Clark Recruitment Limited was founded in 2008 by Joanna Austin and Stephanie Clark. We both worked for a leading nationwide recruitment agency for a number of years when we decided to set up our own business and do recruitment our way.
