Floyd is Principal and founder of FG Solicitors. Floyd advises on all areas of employment law covering both contentious and non-contentious matters. Floyd particularly enjoys working on large projects such as restructures and working with clients to optimise the management of employee performance and employer/employee relationships. Floyd is also renowned for providing training on employment law issues and presenting at events about current employment issues affecting employers.
Peter has extensive experience in the leadership of professional service firms. As Chief Executive of a major commercial real estate practice he managed its sale to a global competitor in mid-2007. More recently, Peter was CEO of a central government Development Corporation until its statutory close. For FGS, Peter combines client and stakeholder engagement with a powerful market presence and strong business development skills. His support to FGS sits within a portfolio of roles across business leadership, planning, property development and regeneration.
Suk Yee has been a member of the FG Solicitors team since its incorporation in June 2008. Suk Yee is responsible for the efficient running of the business. Her role is diverse and includes managing the financial infrastructure and contributing to the strategic development of the firm.
Joanne joined FG Solicitors in February 2013 and qualified as a Solicitor in November 2013.
During her time at FG Solicitors, Joanne has worked within a broad spectrum of industries ranging from manufacturing to education. She has assisted clients with legal compliance, large scale restructuring and the management of large scale bespoke projects. Joanne also manages legal compliance and human resources audits for companies, and assists with all aspects of employment law advice and support to our corporate clients.
Aimee has recently joined FG Solicitors as a newly qualified solicitor. She practised a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law during her training contract and has worked with a diverse range of corporate clients.
Experienced HR Consultant and Learning & Development Manager. Portfolio of Expertise ranging from HR Guidance, implementation, Audit, Training/Coaching and Operational HR support. Provision of HR Services within the Hospitality/Catering, Manufacturing, Logistics and Retail Business Sectors.
Gillian has been working with FG Solicitors since November 2009 as HR consultant. She has wide ranging HR experience across a number of sectors including retail, public sector, professional services and FMCG organisations. Gillian provides HR consultancy to a number of FG Solicitors’ clients and is currently working in house with a client providing strtegic input.
Business Support
Hannah joined FG Solicitors in July 2008 as part of the business support team. Hannah achieved a First in her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree which she studied whilst working at FG Solicitors. Hannah undertakes a diverse range of work and focuses on keeping the lawyers and HR specialists running like clockwork.
Yimika has recently joined the FGS Business Support team. She completed her Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree in 2013 and has also gone on to undertake take the Legal Practice Course (LPC). Yimika is looking forward to working closely and providing support to the FGS team. Although Yimika enjoys the working life, she also loves spending time with her family, reading, and singing at events and in her local church choir. Yimika is a fluent Yoruba speaker.
Charlotte has recently joined FGS Solicitors as part of the business support team after obtaining a first class honours degree in Mathematics. Charlotte provides exemplary support to the FGS team as well as contributing her analytical skills to its financial analysis and reporting. Charlotte enjoys reading and is a fluent Mandarin and Cantonese speaker.
