is a carpet cleaning company owned by Paul Noble who has 20 years experience in the cleaning industry. We mainly operate in the Essex area, with many repeat clients in the Chelmsford and Southend areas. However, due to being one of the more qualified carpet cleaners in Essex, we deal with a lot of high-end clients in London and sometimes even further afield where the need arises. Unlike other carpet cleaners Paul is highly qualified and a member of the National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA) and the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). To be a member of the NCCA, you have to complete a 2 day course with exam and certification, teaching the basic level of upholstery carpet cleaning.

To be a member of the IICRC, carpet cleaners undertake a 4 day course with exam and certification in upholstery carpet cleaning, which is a more advanced course. This not only teaches you about cleaning of upholstery and carpets, carpet cleaners also learn about the fibre make-up of both. You also learn about the chemicals you are using. It also includes learning about the many different methods that you as a carpet cleaning company will encounter when cleaning upholstery and carpets.
