We are an experienced, approved and licensed Sika-Trocal single ply roofing contractor with our office based near Brighton. We cover the whole of the UK on a daily basis, for both large over-roofing and new build projects. We also offer a reactive maintenance service.

Commercial and residential clients alike will benefit from the extensive range of products and systems we supply, fit and maintain. We are experienced in all types of roofing, with expertise in Sika-Trocal single ply flat roofing, lead works, felt roofing and liquid applied membranes. Installation, maintenance, re-roofing and emergency roof repairs are all part of our service provided.

All of our operatives have extensive flat roofing experience ranging over the last 25 years. We are one of the country’s leading installers of Sika Trocal single ply membranes, laying in excess of 50,000m2 in 2012/13 alone. We pride ourselves on being approachable and a “no problem is too big attitude”.

As a company, we are CHAS accredited. CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. We are also a member of the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors).

We are a licensed Trocal installer, laying in excess of 50,000m2 in the last calendar year. As a company, we are CHAS registered and have passed all necessary health & safety checks. All of our operatives have attended and passed CSCS Construction tests.
