ABOUT CLIVE WELTON & PARTNERS LIMITED

Through the traditional route of apprenticeship with a local firm, Clive Welton learned and developed the crafts and skills of the building trade until, in 1969 he established his own building company and applied his knowledge, growing experience, contacts and management ability for the direct benefit of himself and his customers.

Steven linked up with his father as Clive Welton & Son in 1981 and was joined in the following year by Mark Salter, thereby expanding the extended family connection with his own father Derek whose long time collaboration with Clive set the basis of this truly ‘family’ business.

Steady Growth of the business and an expanding work load encompassing more major projects coupled with health considerations saw a major change in the basis of the firm when, in 2002, Steven and Mark went into partnership with Clive to form Clive Welton & Partners.

This is the current core of the company along with other long term family connected trade experts, who constitute a progressive, expanding business successfully completing listed building renovations, traditional barn conversions, domestic extensions and full building maintenance to current standards and requirements. All to value for money costs.
