We Have our own Specialist Acquired Brain Injury Centre for Rehabilitation and Support as well as our Specialist Autism Specific Residential Setting to accomodate People displaying any element of the full range of Autistic Spectrum Disorder, with specialist Autistic Training for staff and one on one sessions for Service Users, we have everything available to provide secialist personalised care. We aim to assist the process of recovery and improve possibilities by giving support to people with acquired injuries to the brain and severe learning and physical disabilities.

Person-centred planning is a way of helping someone to plan their life and support, focusing on what's important to the person. Person-centred planning has five key features: the person is at the centre of the planning process, family and friends are partners in planning, the plan shows what is important to a person now and for the future and what support they need, the plan helps the person to be part of a community of their choosing and helps the community to welcome them, the plan puts into action what a person wants for their life and keeps on listening - the plan remains 'live'.

Please join us on our Motorbike Open day at Innova House. We have a local Bike Group arriving with their friends to join in with our fun day. This will allow all of the service users to see and hear the roar of Motorbikes, something they all desired to see. The fun day is held in the car park at Innova House and will be running between 1pm and 3pm. We are having a BBQ and a Raffle, so please join us all welcome.
After the success of the previous job fayre held in January we ar now holding a further Job Fayre on 12th June 2015. We are looking to employ Support Workers across all areas of the business. We have days, nights, full time and part time as well as outreach community support workers both part and full time. We are also happy to take on bank staff to fit in with other comitments such as childcare and study.
