We are accredited by The National Approved Letting Scheme. This is a Government backed scheme which confirms that we offer clearly defined levels of customer service. Our accreditation number is A2982.

We are also members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS), which provides an independent service for dealing with disputes between registered agents and consumers relating to the letting of residential property in the UK. Greystone Lettings conforms fully to their Code of Practice.

We are full members of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme, administered by The Dispute Service (TDS). This ensures that all deposits taken are fully protected and are logged independently.
