Established in 2006 S&W Building Services incorporates a business philosophy that the only good measure of success is sustainability and repeat business.

Where S&W excel is at our roots, Paul Stead and Andrew Wilson have over 50 years Main Contracting experience as a Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor. So yes we have built it, and worn the T Shirt, therefore Deconstructing a School/Hospital/Hotel/Car Dealership or even Prison is that much easier for us because we can genuinely recognise and empathise with the problems and try to reduce them before they become an issue. S&W will ensure that our works are managed by either Paul, Andrew or our Andy Newcombe (In house trained) either directly as a Foreman or Non-Working Manager to suit your needs. We don�t do Outright - Demolition, not because we can�t, but what we do is Refurb Demolition and Deconstruction because it�s what we are good at, from our Construction knowledge and experience.
