Product Quality

All Belgravia showers are custom manufactured to our rigid standards to ensure they will be a valuable addition to anyone�s home. All materials used in Belgravia products are of the highest quality and take advantage of the following features:

Each product is finished using quality metal fixtures. For example, copper has been used for the faucet and water inlet valves instead of plastic.

All products have been certified under the ISO 9001 system of quality assurance, have CE certificates and ETL SEMKO certificates for electrical safety.

Each product is fully tested for half an hour following assembly to meet our high quality standards. Products are tested to check:

that each feature of the product is fully functional.

Each of our products boasts a thermostatic valve to regulate water temperature and make the unit a safer place for young children.

All Belgravia products come with a one year parts warranty. We carry all essential parts in our warehouse in the West Midlands and will deliver all standard parts within 5 working days.
