During my years in business, and more recently coaching and consulting within organisations, I’ve realised that many businesses’ success is directly connected to the effectiveness of the HR function. I’ve also found that, whilst HR are often the catalyst for performance improvement throughout the organisation – they often don’t include themselves in the opportunity list!

With my HR background and experience – everything suddenly made sense – help the people to excel who help others to develop and improve. The result is a much more profitable organisation with very satisfied employees who can see that they really make a difference. I rest my case!
