Founded in 2006 Thermasolutions has over four decades of combined knowledge and expertise in the refrigeration industry which is underpinned by a strong commitment to being at the forefront of design innovation and product excellence whilst providing exceptional customer service.

Through striving for success Thermasolutions International Limited is considered one of the global leaders of design and supply of night blinds and temperature control products for refrigeration equipment in the supermarket industry.

Production is based in a modern factory on the outskirts of Northamptonshire. With our mezzanine flooring we currently have 12,000 square foot.

All this is finely tuned in with a work force of many years’ experience who care about the products we produce and have helped us achieve our enviable reputation from competitors who try to emulate the advancements that are incorporated into our blinds. We also have in-house testing facilities for All our products go through both mechanical and thermal evaluation in our in-house test facilities.

All our products are designed and bespoke produced in-house with components and aluminium extrusions from our own tooling and dies. Stock is generally held or forward ordered to cover three months production. At present we produce two and half thousand blinds per week but with the capability of an extra one and half thousand blinds.

We have just successfully transitioned to ISO 9001:2015. We are also certified by NSF food safety, UL94 Fire Retardancy, CE , and our springs have passed independent testing by SATRE Technology of 10’000 recoils.

There’s been an increasing trend for businesses to reduce energy consumption, both from an environmental and a cost standpoint. The market has become aware of how a simple blind can help to achieve this. In the UK, most supermarkets still close for several hours at night time. Using our blinds after trading hours can reduce their electricity bill by around 20 per cent.
