We have a huge selection of different colours available. The process begins by removing any oil left over from fabrication by cleaning the item thoroughly in a degreaser. We then spray the item with electrically charged powder particles which stick to all of the hard to reach areas; the item is then placed in an oven to cure. Once cooled the powder coating provides an incredibly durable and weather proof finish. The powder is durable to a high temperature and is ideal for items such as inlet manifolds, brake callipers and cam covers. Powder coating is ideal for shop fixtures and fittings as it can transform the look of your business with a simple refreshing colour change.
