joined Terracom in 1996 as a project manager, having previously been a rural practice surveyor in Derbyshire and South Yorkshire. Anna was initially heavily involved in acquiring new sites for Orange in the North of England. She then became client manager for Vodafone and Orange, which meant overseeing approximately 200 sites at anyone time, and making sure targets were met and the client had accurate reports of progress. Whilst at Terracom, Anna also spent some time in Holland, involved in a pre-bid tender. Once back in the UK, she became responsible for the supervision and training of several junior surveyors, all of who are now in senior telecoms positions. When Crown Castle took over Terracom in 2000, Anna became a Senior Asset Manager, responsible for site share on a portfolio of approximately 50-60 towers. Anna & Mark formed NetCom in 2002.
