Classic Education is a Kent-based recruitment agency for the education sector. The Company was formed by Mandy Day and Sue Flesher in 2005 when we felt that the Education Recruitment market was in the need for a truly reliable, hands-on and bespoke service for bringing teachers and schools together.
Our goal is to provide a high quality, service tailored to meet the individual needs of both schools and teachers. With our combined recruitment experience of over 34 years (27 of which have been exclusively within the education sector) we have the knowledge and skills to bring both schools and educationalists together.
We can provide your own professional consultant dedicated to your school that can help provide fully vetted teachers on a daily, long-term or permanent basis for Primary, Secondary and Special Needs schools.
For teachers, we can help you find the right position for you. You may only want to work one day per week or you may choose to work every day, the choice is totally yours. We will work on your behalf to source suitable assignments albeit supply, long-term or permanent posts. Your own personal consultant will help to select the right teaching work for you and provide ongoing support and guidance.
By registering with Classic Education, it will give you unlimited access to schools in the Kent area, whether you are available 1 day per week or 5 days every week, we can offer you the flexibility of ongoing day to day supply work or that long term post that may be looking for someone just like you. You can be sure that the positions offered are right for you, we do all the research for you so that you don’t have to. We will search for suitable positions, provide you with accurate information regarding the school, arrange interviews, give you feedback and finally, ensure that you have a smooth start in your new teaching post.
