Working at Cape Hill Brewery in the engineering team and then as technical engineer involved in the design, installation and commissioning of a bottling and canning operation

In the Summer of 2000 I left Bass to go to Aston University, gaining an MBA in Business Administration in 2001

Post Aston I joined the American company Air Products as a project engineer managing installations of liquid nitrogen systems in the food and drinks sector

Whilst at Allied I became a Master brewer, and gained a MBA in Business Administration at Warwick University
