Sparrow Construction Ltd is a family company, NHBC registered, the directors (Nick and Mark Sparrow) having fifty years experience in the building industry collectively. The business took root in 1950, when their father (Reginald Sparrow) began a career as a bricklayer, progressing from an apprentice in that decade to a contractor building housing estates in the 1960’s.

During the latter decade, Nick joined the business, now called R.E.Sparrow and Son, and three years later Mark was taken on board as the company evolved into Sparrow and Sons (Builders), trading throughout the latter part of the 20th century into the new millennium. In 2005, the company evolved again into Sparrow Construction Ltd, gaining NHBC accreditation and undertaking the construction of its first new-build property.

Sparrow Construction Ltd. trades on the principles of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the industry from general maintenance and landscaping, through to extensions, loft conversions and new developments, liaising closely with our clients, and keeping project management in-house to ensure continuity, efficiency and on-site cleanliness for the duration of any project.
