We are a leading agency in the North West of England recruiting teachers and support staff from across the region and working closely with schools and other education providers to deliver a bespoke recruitment service.

We are dedicated to:

In 2013 we grew again, this time opening up a second building in Paramount Business Park to house a teacher training centre where we host a variety of courses and specialist training for many of our teachers, teaching assistants and other education professionals in our supply team.

Our services were in such demand across the North West at this point that we also opened our second office in Manchester. This growth enabled us to reach out and offer our service to an even wider area of clients, teachers and support staff. The Manchester office is now equal in size and business potential to our headquarters.

2008 saw TES pick up and move from our original offices in the Liverpool Corn Exchange to our current premises in Paramount Business Park, Huyton, just off the M62 to a home that could better accommodate our thriving business.

The Education Specialists Ltd (TES) was established in 2002 by Barry Sinclair and has grown exponentially ever since. Prior to 2005 TES were proud holders of the DCSF (Department for Children, Schools and Families) Quality Mark subject to rigorous inspection of our compliance with industry standards within our service. After 2005 the DCSF Quality mark was dropped nationwide.

From time to time even the most finely running machine needs an MOT and even the most hard-working of people can be in need of a helping hand. That’s where we come in.
