Green Ways began contracting its services in 1994 after the founder, Malcolm Jack, had gained 17 years experience working in the building trade. Malcolm then became fully qualified in countryside management and established Green Ways Countryside Management Ltd, providing clients in Sussex with rights of way, routing and vegetation services. Over the years we have widened our client base and become pioneers in the animal mitigation field for ecologists, property developers, councils, conservation groups and engineering companies.

During 2010 we were part of a team working on a major project in Essex to create one of the largest container ports in Europe. We worked in partnership with a large firm of ecologists carrying out all aspects of animal mitigation works including the installation of specialist fencing, habitat creation and vegetation clearance on a site covering more than 195 hectares.

Welcome. Green Ways Countryside Management is based in West Sussex. We work across England and Wales carrying out contracts to deal with the ever increasing demand for animal mitigation services. We have forged close links with many ecologists, developers and land owners.

We are a specialist contractor for animal mitigation fencing and tree protection fencing, habitat creation, rights of way maintenance and signage, tree surgery, vegetation/site clearance and herbicide application.
