Dedicated to making the finest quality handmade Lincolnshire sausages, the family run Mountain’s Boston Sausage is a traditional butcher serving highest quality meats.

Our new online shop has been developed to help meet the demands of our customers as our shop becomes increasingly busy.

Our second retail outlet at London’s Borough Market introduces our specialised products to both the London restaurant trade and the food lovers of London

. Voted “best market in the country” by the Observers food magazine, the Borough Market is a perfect place to purchase your raw meat products. You can also sample freshly cooked hot sausage baps and gourmet sausage burgers.

. We introduce two new fresh and exciting Lincolnshire sausage recipes from her fabulous new book each month. The online butcher shop is also regularly updated to include all our new products as they are introduced.

The butchers shop was established in 1852. In 1904 the first of the Mountain generation, Jabez Holland Mountain, joined the firm where he researched recipes and started the foundations that are being continued today.
