ABOUT TROJAN SOLUTIONS LIMITED

In 2013 I had a hip replacement. The old one was arthritic, I think from a sky dive in New Zealand, so I decided I needed to take the plunge, have the replacement and get my life back – both for me and my kids. As hard as my recovery was, it was the perfect chance to stop, reflect and think about the difference I want to make in the world. It helped me realise that what I care about is developing leaders to be brilliant! And that one-to-one and team coaching are the most impactful ways of doing this.
